Set Up
We are going to continue with the summer set up listup until the end of September. New schedules are out for set up - if you did not receive one via email, please pick one up at the Communication Table
Breakfast Program
Our church has been invited to help with the breakfast program at Percy Baxter School. There will be a meeting with the school administration on Tuesday, August 31st at Percy Baxter School at 7 PM about the breakfast program. We are specifically looking for:
Shoppers
Parents to help prepare food (7:45 AM)
Parents to help clean up (8:30 AM)
Administrative support – anytime – to do scheduling, reporting and do a paragraph for the monthly newsletter.
If you are willing to give part of 1 (or more) morning per week or to do some administrative support at your own time – please let Pastor Harold know and please plan on coming to the Tuesday meeting.
Festival of Faith
There will be a community service on Sunday September 5th at Rotary Park. Service begins at 10:30 am—please bring a lawn chair & a bag lunch.
Kid Zone
There will be no Kid Zone during the summer, however activity sheets will be available. A supervised nursery will be available all summer.
Need Prayer?
- Then please join our Prayer Group on Tuesdays at 12:00 at the church office. Contact: Ken H.
Prayer & Encouragement Cards
Prayer & Praise Cards are available at the communication table in the school foyer. Please fill one out and drop it in the offering basket - your prayers will be taken up during our weekly prayer time.
Encouragement Appreciation Cards are also available at the
communication table. We encourage you to fill one out to give to someone who may need some words of support; or drop it in the offering basket, and we’ll have it be delivered.
New to Skyview or need more information? Please fill out a Green Communication Card and drop it in the offering basket. Cards are available at the Communication Table.
Skyview Mailboxes
We have mailboxes for each member of our church family. They are located at the Communication Table in the school foyer. Please check your mailbox regularly!
